A WAY BACK TO YOURSELF
Summary
A reflective sequence for moments when another person, system, or framework has become too authoritative. It directs attention back to embodied experience, personal work, and the next truthful choice without treating any guide as the self.
What it maps
Breath, body, identity, external authority, dependence, inner truth, choice, self-work, guidance, and the boundary between a helpful map and personal sovereignty. It follows the points where breath and body meet, diverge, or alter practical choice.
Why it matters
People can lose agency by outsourcing self-definition to systems or relationships. A good guide should increase the person’s capacity to see and choose, then leave more of them with themselves. The distinction makes decisions about breath and body easier to examine and revise.
